Job summary

Kindeva is seeking a Production Mechanic for 3rd shift to support maintenance of production equipment. The role involves setting up, tearing down, changing over machinery, and performing preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure GMP-compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred technical credentials in electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic systems. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year related maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic systems preferred.
• Ability to work in sterile environments with aseptic gowning.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down and change over production machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain records per SOPs/logbooks.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues.
• Order parts and maintain equipment per GMP guidelines.
• Work from sketches and schematics; cross-train staff.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas.
