Taghleef Industries, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair plant equipment, including conveyors and packaging systems. The role requires diagnosing failures, repairing complex machinery, and working with a team on 12-hour shifts.

A 4+ year manufacturing craft background and a two-year technical degree are required. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, drug screen/background checks, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years craft experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Two-year technical degree in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints/diagrams.
• Must wear chemical resistant PPE as required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• May work rotating 12-hour shifts and overtime.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fork truck experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose equipment failures.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment.
• Install, rearrange and maintain equipment.
• Fabrication, welding, cutting as needed.
• Use hand tools and inspection gauges.
• Follow drawings or instructions to perform tasks.
• Work safely with overhead lifts and equipment.
• Coordinate with other maintenance crews and operations.
• Participate in safety teams/programs.
