Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, ensure GMP compliance and maintain facility infrastructure in Missouri. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, read schematics, and train colleagues while keeping meticulous records and safety in mind.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down and change over all production machinery, as required.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and systems.
• Keep up-to-date records on all maintenance performed according to SOPs, logbooks, and work orders.
• Manufacture spare parts and machine parts as required with minimal assistance.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting capability on production equipment including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs.
• Order spare or replacement parts as required.
• Maintain production areas, buildings, and grounds mechanically and aesthetically.
• Read sketches, mechanical drawings, electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Train departmental colleagues to enhance cross-training and capability for new or existing processing equipment.
• Assist Project Engineers as directed.
• Observe all shop, equipment and production floor safety practices.
• Maintain work area, tools and equipment clean, organized and professional.
• Maintain equipment and facilities per SOPs and GMP guidelines; prepare/maintain documentation.

• Be able to work from sketches, mechanical drawings, electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Train departmental colleagues to enhance departmental cross –training and capability for new or existing processing equipment.
• Assist Project Engineers, as directed.
• Observe all shop, equipment and production floor safety practices.
• Maintain work area, tools and equipment in a clean, organized and professional manner.
• Maintain all assigned equipment and/or facilities in good working order in accordance with SOP’s and current Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines. Prepare/maintain appropriate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate’s degree or Graduate from an accredited and certified Technical School preferred
• 1+ years related experience OR extensive generalist experience.
• Must have experience in one of the following disciplines:

• Electricity Technologies
• Industrial Technology
• Welding
• Machine Shop
• HVAC and/or Control Systems.

• Must be willing to work in a sterile environment that requires aseptic gowning.
• All new external applicants will be required to pass a Standard Timing Model Assessment.
• Position is eligible for a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus***
