Job summary

CandyCo is seeking a 3rd Shift Shift Manager for American Fork, UT to oversee Production in Kitchen, Make-Up, and Packaging. You’ll direct Supervisors, Leads and teams to meet the production plan while upholding GMP and safety standards.

You’ll work with QA, Warehouse and Logistics to implement programs, train staff, and drive cost efficiency, ensuring a strong safety culture across the shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a supervisor/lead position directing Production activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Bilingual skills preferred, English/Spanish.
• Solid PC skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of Production Supervisors, Leads and their staff.
• Ensure production of scheduled orders per the production plan with GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, Warehouse, Logistics to execute programs.
• Train and supervise Production staff.
• Maintain cost controls, headcount, and line efficiencies.
