Job summary

CandyCo is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler Lead in American Fork, UT to supervise warehouse functions. The role ensures loading/unloading, material handling, and accurate shipments while maintaining GMP standards and safe operations.

Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating with Production, QA, and Logistics, and enforcing policies. Strong leadership and ERP experience are required, along with forklift certification and bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a lead role directing warehouse activities.
• 3+ years forklift experience with a strong safety record.
• Must be proficient with Stand Up Reach Truck and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of workers, loaders, and forklift drivers.
• Supervise loading/unloading of trucks; ensure GMP compliance.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Logistics to execute plans.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff
• Enforce GMP, FIFO, HOLDS and expiry controls; improve processes
• Maintain safety culture and 100% safety compliance
