Job summary

Alene Candles LLC & Midwest in New Albany, OH, is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to lead end-to-end warehouse operations across three shifts, align with production schedules, and drive safety and continuous improvement in a 24/5 manufacturing environment. You will develop high-performing teams and optimize material flow.

You will implement and optimize WMS/barcoding, monitor KPIs, and partner with HR to manage staffing and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in logistics or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing logistics with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading multi-shift teams in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise three shift supervisors and warehouse teams across three shifts.
• Oversee inbound logistics, inventory, and material transfers to production.
• Drive KPIs, safety, 5S/lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
