Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Pecatonica, IL plant on third shift. You will lead a team of operators, technicians, and workers to maximize productivity, reduce downtime, and uphold safety and quality standards.

This role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years in production, and 1–2 years in supervision, with SAP experience preferred. You'll collaborate across departments and maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of production experience required.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred.
• ERP SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills are essential.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead production workers, assign tasks, and meet targets and schedules.
• Coordinate workflows, monitor lines, and ensure materials and equipment availability.
• Uphold safety protocols and company policies during production.
• Maintain production records and prepare performance reports.
