Job summary

Home Market Foods is seeking a Production Manager for our Norwood, MA facility on the 3rd shift (9:00pm - 5:30am). The role focuses on producing high-quality products, reducing waste, and maintaining safety and strong policy adherence.

You will lead a team, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with SQF, USDA, OSHA, and related standards. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, mentoring staff, and coordinating cross-functionally with maintenance and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level leadership experience in production/operations preferred.
• Experience enforcing food-safety standards and HACCP guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office to generate reports and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operations, ensure workflow and adherence to plan.
• Mentor staff, optimize labor, tools, and materials for efficiency.
• Ensure quality, minimize downtime, and maintain safety and compliance.
