Job summary

Searchmasters Inc. seeks a experienced Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead 2 Team Leads and up to 40 hourly employees. You will drive KPIs, maintain safety standards, and champion continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years managing production teams, with preference for blow molding or plastic molding experience and a strong focus on coaching, discipline, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading production teams.
• Experience with blow molding or plastic molding preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 2 Team Leads and up to 40 hourly employees on 3rd shift.
• Drive KPIs, quality standards, and safety initiatives on the production floor.
• Champion Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing team.
• Manage disciplinary actions and conduct employee performance reviews.
• Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.
