Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Production Lead I/II to oversee line setup and teardown, coordinate shift activities, and drive continuous improvement across the plant. The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication with supervisors and line workers, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Your duties include training associates, directing line personnel, monitoring production documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 3–6 months related work experience or training
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-op and/or tear down depending on shift and coordinate lines set-up
• Review production issues and schedule orders against product specifications
• Lead continuous improvement plant-wide and assign personnel to work stations
• Ensure documentation and legible record keeping (lot tracking, waste, quality checks) and safety compliance
