Hood Container in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Pre-Production Coordinator for the 3rd shift to operate and maintain double-backing machinery and ensure high-quality output. You will monitor performance, adjust settings, and collaborate with quality control and maintenance to optimize workflow.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, safety adherence, and the ability to read orders, set up printers and die cutters, and participate in improvement projects. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must possess reading and writing skills.
• Able to read a ruler.
• Effective communication of instructions.
• Must qualify for forklift license for man lift.
• Comfortable with heights of up to 25 feet.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand customer orders for location of materials.
• Assist with set-up for printers and die cutters.
• Promptly report problems to the supervisor.
• Assist with Productivity Improvement Projects.
• Working at heights up to 25 feet is required.
