Job summary

Job description

Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Position Summary The Production Supervisor provides frontline leadership for manufacturing operations, driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement. This position plays a critical role in developing team members, improving operational performance, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 15 to 20 employees while ensuring production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements.

Schedule

Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Team Size: Approximately 15-20 employees

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
