Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Mixing Technician to join our Puerto Rico/USA team. You will weigh and mix raw materials, operate mixing equipment, and ensure documentation adheres to GDP, cGMP, and CFR requirements.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs and working 3rd shift on a Sunday-through-Thursday or Sunday-through-Friday schedule. Applicants should have an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), plus proficiency with Windows and Excel, and strong math,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with Windows and Excel.
• GDP knowledge and ability to identify documentation errors.
• Strong math skills for weighing and measuring materials.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to lift 100 lb bags manually.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift; Sunday start days; varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and weighing raw materials per procedures.
• Operate mixing machines and valves; control specifications.
• Perform sampling and maintain production records.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, cGMP, CFR and GDP standards.
• Prepare routine production documentation and reports.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with safety and quality.
• Support manufacturing operations as needed.
