Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC in Puerto Rico and the United States is seeking a Mixing Technician to join a world-class pharmaceutical manufacturing team. You will weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials, operate mixing machines, and ensure compliance with cGMPs and GDPs while maintaining accurate production records.

This role requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience in sterilization operations or related environments; ability to lift up to 100 lbs; willingness to work

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in sterilization operations, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical/medical device environments.
• Experience operating, loading, and unloading sterilization vessels/equipment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sterilizers and related equipment.
• Knowledge and understanding of cGMP, cSOPs, cGDPs, Safety Regulations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Mixing raw materials and operating mixing machines per procedures.
• Perform weighing and mixing of drugs and other materials.
• Operate, start, and adjust mixing machines and valves.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual).
• Coordinate sampling activities and refer samples to the Plant Pharmacist as required.
• Support Manufacturing operations in the mixing area as needed.
