Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC in Puerto Rico and across the USA is seeking a motivated third-shift supervisor to join our manufacturing team. You will oversee production on the 10:30 PM–6:30 AM shift, train new hires, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have exposure to injection molding processes, GMP/SPC knowledge, and strong leadership skills to guide a skilled crew and maintain documentation throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Exposure to Injection Molding processes.
• Knowledge or training in GMP and SPC.
• Good machine setup skills.
• Working knowledge of Injection Molding machines.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with people.
• Leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to perform basic process and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct third-shift production activities.
• Train and provide guidance to new hires.
• Evaluate employee performance on a timely basis.
• Maintain plant safety, security, and compliance throughout the shift.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of products manufactured during the shift.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain proper organization, housekeeping, and cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
• Complete and maintain required production and process documentation.
• Perform plant closing procedures at the end of the week.
• Ensure all responsibilities of supervised personnel are properly completed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
