Job summary

Alleguard is seeking a Machine Operator to work directly under the Floor Supervisor in our EPS manufacturing facility. This role provides hands-on experience with our production lines and supports manufacturing process improvements.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, 18+, with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision on a night shift Sunday through Tuesday, 3am–3pm. Training provided.

• Must be minimum of 18 years of age.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the activity of assigned production personnel and report production results and labor usage as required.
• Supervision of facility and facility staff.
• Execute production plan and assignments.
• Track production metrics and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain and improve the condition of production equipment and facility.
