Job summary

Alleguard is seeking a 2nd Shift Utility Operator to support production and repack operations. You will move materials by hand or using a pallet jack, forklift, or other equipment, help maintain cut tables, run glue and poly machines, and label and package materials.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, at least 18 years old, with strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to operate pallet jack and forklift safely.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Move materials to and from storage and production areas.
• Operate pallet jack or forklift as needed.
• Label and package materials and assist with grinding.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and environmental requirements.
• Record production numbers as required.
• Assist with compliance and other duties as assigned.
