Job summary

Alleguard is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to work under the Floor Supervisor in an EPS manufacturing facility. You will gain hands-on knowledge of EPS processes and help maintain smooth operation on hot wire cutting lines.

Schedule is 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Monday to Friday, with pay of $14 per hour plus $1 shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, life, retirement, disability and more.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum of 18 years of age.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
• Drives the line.
