Requires 3 years of manufacturing experience, 2 years in leadership, and a High School diploma. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; knowledge of ERP systems is beneficial. Excellent benefits are offered.

• 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2 years of experience leading and directing employees.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Supervise 4 to 6 production employees on 3rd shift, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
• Oversee production lines and manage material usage, inventory, and machine hours using ERP.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
