Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of production group leaders and technicians to meet quality and output goals.
• Coordinates with production supervisor and schedulers to establish work schedules and follow through to completion.
• Establish and maintain good employee relations and administer disciplinary measures when required.
• Reviews employee performance evaluations and recommends wage increases.
• Ensures consistent and fair application of company policies and procedures.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment and supports Quality and Environmental Policies.
