Job summary

Kimball Electronics is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am) to assemble, test, and package medical device components. You will document production steps, operate automated equipment, and ensure quality per GMP and ISO-13485 standards.

Responsibilities include interpreting procedures, labeling finished products, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Pharma knowledge and documentation skills are required.
• Assemble simple and complex devices with high daily volumes and short cycle times.
• Operate automated assembly equipment and related fixtures/test stations.
• Follow procedures, read assembly drawings, and ensure proper documentation.
• Package and label finished products per BOM and quality procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and comply with ISO-13485/FDA GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and package products per procedures.
• Document production activities and record results.
• Operate equipment and fixtures as trained.
• Inspect and verify quality at each stage of assembly.
• Maintain accurate device history records per GMP practices.
• Adhere to 5S and safety standards in the work area.
