Job summary

Kimball Electronics is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am) to assemble and pack parts per production procedures, and document processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. The role requires working with automated equipment and reading assembly drawings, with overtime as needed to support customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining GMP/ISO-13485 compliance, supporting a team in a growing medical device contract

Qualifications

• Assemble simple and complex devices with short cycle times and high daily volumes.
• Operate automated assembly equipment.
• Verify work using checklists and record results.
• Package and label finished product per BOM and procedures.
• Read procedures and interpret assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack parts per procedures, documenting production steps.
• Operate manufacturing machines and fixtures per work instructions.
• Ensure quality, cost, and delivery goals are met for customers.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow GMP/ISO-13485 guidelines.
• Record results and report any variances to supervision.
