Job summary

Wieland Provides, Inc. in Verona, VA is hiring for 3rd Shift Production Assemblers to join our HVAC heat exchanger manufacturing team. Starting pay is $24.00–$28.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential and a Monday–Thursday schedule 7:30pm–6:00am.

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of industrial experience. Training will cover safety, equipment operation and quality control in a dynamic production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading prints/schematics and inspection.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
• Must meet manual lifting and PPE requirements.
• Industrial environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical prints, BOMs, and routing sheets.
• Assemble, test, and inspect components and final product.
• Operate tools and equipment to assemble and braze as needed.
• Use measuring devices and visual inspection for quality conformance.
• Maintain required records and safety practices.
