Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting basic work instructions
• Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Reading a tape measure to 1/16 inch
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Stand and move frequently during repetitive tasks
• Team-oriented with good attendance
• Quality and safety conscious
• Customer-service mindset and production goal orientation
• Problem-solving and initiative in production

Responsibilities

• Safely fabricate and assemble windows/doors per quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE
• Read production orders for material type, size, color
• Operate chop saw to cut material
• Operate fabrications equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers)
• Use pneumatic hand tools in assembly
• Assemble/install insulated glass panels into sash/frame
• Inspect in-process and finished units for quality
• Package and stack units for shipment
• Support continuous improvement and keep work area clean
