Job summary

You will prepare materials, develop content, and determine training methodologies while conducting sessions and evaluating outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of progressive experience or a Master’s with 2 years, plus potential Navy-related credentials; must be able to work 3rd shift and show leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years progressive professional experience or Master’s Degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• Trade/technical credentials such as NNS Apprentice School or NNPS are valued.
• Various pathways include associate degree with 2 years exempt experience or 4 years non-exempt experience.
• Military experience at E-5 or higher is considered relevant.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
• Obtains information to prepare training programs and materials; develops course content and methodology.
• Conducts training sessions and evaluates training effectiveness; may use trainers with technical expertise.
