Responsibilities

• Operate blend systems and CIP HTST/UHT processes.
• Run LCP operation and CIP department tasks.
• Perform CIP operations and responsibilities.
• Handle milk/oil receiving and ingredient weighing/additions.
• Operate forklift and support packaging lines.
