Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4+ years of leadership/operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop team members through training programs and timely coaching and feedback.
• Model and promote safety and quality compliance.
• Drive operational efficiencies and analyze performance metrics.

• Manage expenses, including labor and overtime costs.
• Uphold FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies and procedures.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead tier meetings and provide daily production updates.
• Supervise up to 30 direct reports.
