Job summary

Anomatic, located in New Albany, OH, seeks a Production Lead for the anodizing/metalizing line on the 3rd shift (10 pm–6:30 am). You will monitor the conveyor, dyes, and product quality, guiding Line Operators to meet standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires anodizing experience, strong troubleshooting, safety adherence, and teamwork to drive continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Color discernment to ensure finished product matches standards.
• Proven anodizing experience and chemical processing knowledge.
• Solid maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and spot welder.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Complete safety-related trainings ( forklifts, PPE, etc.).
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor anodizing/metalizing process to ensure product quality.
• Adjust color/tinting to match standards.
• Monitor water usage and conserve resources.
• Lead activities of other employees with technical knowledge.
• Train line operators using TWI methods and share best practices.
• Communicate with line operators about conditions, dye, and schedule changes.
• Ensure gauging and coating checks meet job specs and rates.
• Operate all processes including Etch, In-Line degreasing, Bright dipping.
