Job summary

Anomatic Corporation on New Albany's production floor is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the Metalizing department. The role operates on the 3rd shift (10 pm–6:30 am) and focuses on maintaining and repairing automated process equipment to ensure continuous operation.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, adjust robotic systems, perform changeovers, and document all modifications and maintenance activities. Safety and quality are vital in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform machine changeovers from part-to-part/job-to-job.
• Clear machine jams as needed and perform maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on equipment.
• Troubleshoot sensors, relays, servo systems, motor controls, and PLCs.
• Adjust and calibrate robot positions and tooling as needed.
• Document all changes and maintain equipment history.
• Maintain inventory for spare parts and perform scheduled maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying components on automated process equipment.
• Performs machine changeovers and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Keeps accurate records of changes and maintenance actions.
