Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Shift Manager (3rd Shift) in the Printing Department to oversee daily production teams, ensure safety, quality and cost-effective operations, and lead process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of leadership in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive change in a box plant or related setting. Associates degree preferred and knowledge of MS Office, KIWI or SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in business/management/supervision.
• 1–3 years leadership experience; 3–5 years in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of KIWI/SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of production team on 3rd shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Coach employees and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
