Lake Cable is seeking a Maintenance Printer Technician to support our Bensenville facility on a 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot and repair printing machines, perform preventive maintenance, and keep parts inventories current.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Maintenance Technician or equivalent experience in a maintenance group.
• Experience with electrical or mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Observe and diagnose malfunctions from printing equipment and determine repairs.
• Dismantle, rebuild, and reassemble printers using hand and power tools.
• Set up and troubleshoot printers.
• Perform preventative maintenance on printers.
• Keep an accurate inventory of printer parts needed for repairs.
• Schedule service calls.
