Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with die setting preferred.
• Must have a valid lift truck license or complete lift truck training.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic presses, cranes, lift trucks and other auxiliary equipment.
• Set up dies and perform changeovers for different jobs in a press.
• Inspect in-process and finished parts for quality.
• Use tools and fixtures to check parts and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
