Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a Press Operator to set up and run flexographic presses, ensuring quality and adherence to production standards. You will monitor ink colors and substrate cutting while coordinating with teammates to maintain safety and efficiency.

The position is non-exempt, full-time, with a 3rd shift from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior flexographic press experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• The minimum education is a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with flexographic presses is preferred; machine operation in manufacturing is required.
• Reading and comprehending safety guidelines and memos is essential.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate clearly with the team.
• Basic math incl. rate, ratio and percent; ability to interpret simple graphs.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Radius or similar platforms are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic presses to meet quality standards.
• Monitor ink colors and substrate cutting to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with team to maintain safety, efficiency and consistency.
• Hold third shift schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:45 PM–7:15 AM.
