Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic printing press and perform required setup of plates, dies, inks, and coatings according to work tickets.
• Load substrates, run job setup, log data, and monitor production on the press.
• Conduct quality checks for color registration and die cuts and ensure products meet specifications.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor/Production Manager on issues and maintain data collection accuracy for each job.
• Perform basic housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks and participate in continuous improvement activities.
