Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a Press Operator to set up and run flexographic presses, monitor ink colors, and ensure substrate cutting meets specifications. Join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and product consistency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role includes first-shift hours, 5:30am–2:00pm, with a base pay of $25.00–$32.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED. Prior press experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with flexographic/machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, safety guidelines, and memos.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with production systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up ink, tooling, and dies per specs and stage materials.
• Monitor ink colors and press settings for quality consistency.
• Perform quality checks and document usage and time.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and workspace organization.
• Complete required paperwork and assist with maintenance.
• Communicate inventory needs and report issues to supervisor.
