Job summary

Requirements include strong math and measurement skills, good mechanical aptitude, ability to read specifications, and willingness to cross-train. Familiarity with Windows and PC-based systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have good basic math and measurement skills.
• Good mechanical skills required.
• Ability to read, comprehend what is read and visually inspect materials to check for quality and specifications.
• Ability to lift under 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all press operations during make-ready, run and clean-up as work process requires.
• Understand and follow order specifications and tolerances by reading docket and specification sheets.
• Perform makeready, run and adjust, clean-up and maintenance of imaging systems to ensure a quality product.
• Continuously inspect product and troubleshoot imaging and press equipment to ensure customer specifications.
• Operate CRT to set up imaging programs and make changes as necessary.
