Job summary

RRD is seeking a Press Operator at its De Pere, Wisconsin site to coordinate make-ready, run and clean-up of imaging equipment. You will work in a team, follow specifications, and help improve production efficiency with initiative and collaboration.

The role requires good math, reading specs, color discernment and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training on 1st shift and Windows familiarity are expected as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have good basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and inspect materials against specifications.
• Ability to discriminate colors and compare to specs.
• Able to lift under 50 pounds frequently.
• Willingness to cross train in finishing and press operations.
• Ability to train on 1st shift. Basic Windows knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press operations during make-ready, run and cleanup.
• Follow order specifications and tolerances from docket sheets.
• Perform makeready, run, cleanup and maintenance of imaging systems.
• Inspect product and troubleshoot imaging and press equipment.
• Set up imaging programs on the CRT and manage documentation.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and collaboration with team members.
