Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and tools per procedures.
• Document downtime codes in Plex.
• Read mechanical and electrical prints for troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults with standard meters and tools.
• Repair/replace press components with guidance from senior staff.
• Provide coaching to junior maintenance staff.
• Develop maintenance procedures to improve equipment reliability.
• Manage work orders in Plex and update preventive maintenance schedules.
