Salary Range: $18.35 To $25.00 Annually

The Double Backer Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process within the non-durable goods sector by operating and maintaining double-backing machinery to ensure high-quality product output. This position requires meticulous attention to detailto monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring consistent production standards are maintained. The operator will collaborate closely with quality control and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime. Ensuring safety protocols and operational guidelines are strictly followed is essential to protect both personnel and equipment. Ultimately, the Double Backer Operator makes a significant contribution to meeting production targets and maintaining the overall efficiency of the manufacturing line.
