Responsibilities

• Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for customer applications.
• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and coworkers.
• Engage in process measurement, control, and improvement in assigned tasks.
• Learn and understand key operating parameters to ensure in-spec, high-quality product.
