Roberts PolyPro, a ProMach division, seeks a seasoned Plastics Process Technician to set up and run sheet extrusion and injection molding lines. You’ll work with production, engineers, and maintenance to keep equipment running on schedule, switch tooling, perform minor repairs, adjust processes, and verify quality.

You'll join a third-shift team (10:30pm–7:00am) and contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, documenting procedures, and supporting

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.
• Diverse technical background in plastics processing, tooling, materials.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems.

Aufgaben

• Act as the shift technical expert in setting up and running sheet extrusion and injection molding equipment.
• Perform timely startups and shutdowns to maximize productivity and reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot and make minor mechanical and electrical repairs to equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and operating procedures.
