Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking a Process Technician for the 3rd shift (10:00 pm – 6:30 am) in Saint Charles, IL. You will set up injection molds and monitor production to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include start-up of molding, programming robots, calibrating color loaders, and ensuring lock-out/tag-out compliance. You will work with hydraulic and electric molding machines and use IQMS to manage production data.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in molding process and manufacturing.
• Ability to program robots and calibrate loaders.
• Knowledge of lock out tag out requirements.
• Experience with hydraulic and electric molding machines.
• Experience with end of arm tooling, chutes and conveyors.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete start up of molding process and provide first article to quality for approval.
• Maintain quality throughout molding to meet standards.
• Utilize IQMS for production process.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with policies.
• Attend training and perform related duties or special projects.
