Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions, Clarkston IBC site in Michigan, seeks a dedicated Machine Operator to assemble plastics intermediate bulk containers and steel cages following established procedures while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will support daily production, changeovers, and outbound shipments, and assist in packaging and line changeovers with teammates on a 3rd shift schedule (11pm–7:30am). This role requires 8-hour shifts, ability to lift up to 42 lbs, and PPE compliance.

• Strong safety awareness and adherence to plant guidelines.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operates and assembles plastics intermediate bulk containers and steel cages per procedures.
• Supports daily production needs, changeovers, and outbound shipments.
• Assists in packaging and changeovers with production teammates.
• Maintains safe, clean work areas and reports safety or quality issues.
• Follows all plant policies and procedures.
