IBC Group is seeking a Production Operator for 3rd shift to handle parts moving through coating and surface treatment in a non-temperature-controlled facility. You will prepare parts, assist with blasting, and operate overhead cranes to load baths.

You will follow work orders, record hours, and maintain safety protocols while supporting other departments as production needs shift. This role requires flexibility and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• US citizenship or permanent resident required.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime hours as needed.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs daily.
• Must be able to stand for long periods on concrete floor.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions are essential.
• Ability to reprioritize daily tasks as directed by management.
• Background and drug testing are required.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Wear PPE while performing basic job functions.
• Receive, process, and follow customer work orders.
• Prepare customer parts for coatings processes (fixturing, blasting, etc.).
• Complete work order steps and record hours and job details.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organize workspace.
• Adhere to schedule and report overtime near 40 hours/week.
• Assist other departments during downtime as needed.
• Serve as back-up driver for S&R department.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety/quality rules.
