Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker in Illinois. Under the shift supervisor, you will assemble plastics IBC totes and steel cages using established procedures while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will support daily operations, changeovers, and outbound shipments, with packaging assistance as needed. The role requires standing 8–12 hours, lifting up to 35 lbs, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time.
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.
• Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
