Job summary

Altium Packaging in Franklin, MA is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET and injection molding machines, perform basic preventive maintenance, and uphold GMP. This third shift role requires troubleshooting, quality checks, and documenting production activities.

Ideal candidates will have basic math and computer skills, blow-mold experience preferred, and a High School diploma or GED. Training is provided within 90 days; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Follow GMP and quality control procedures during production.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks; document line efficiency and rejects.
• Troubleshoot minor process problems and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare and document daily production reports and maintenance requests.
