Altium Packaging in Franklin, MA is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET and injection molding machines, grinders, trimmers and conveyors. You will ensure bottle quality and follow GMP while troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance.

You will inspect bottles, complete daily production reports, and participate in continuous improvement. Safe work practices, PPE, and teamwork are essential; overtime may be required.

Competenze

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks during production.
• Troubleshoot minor process problems and perform basic maintenance.
• Document production reports including rejects, line efficiencies and regrind.
• Follow GMP and wear PPE; adhere to safety policies and housekeeping.
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and moving finished goods as required.
• Escalate bottle abnormalities or defects immediately to supervision.
