Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Franklin, MA. You will operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines, follow GMP and safety policies, and perform minor maintenance to keep the production line running.

Responsibilities include quality checks, bottle inspections, and timely production reporting. The role requires basic math and computer skills, and completion of internal training within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum: basic math and computer skills; blow mold experience.
• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Training: completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce bottles and ensure quality.
• Follow GMP and safety policies; wear PPE and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare daily production reports including rejects and line efficiency.
• Assist with setup, adjustments and quality checks to meet product specs.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
