Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking several skilled Machine Operators for the 3rd shift (9:45 pm – 6:15 am) at our Troy, Alabama facility. This on-site role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will set up and operate plastic molding machines, monitor performance, perform routine maintenance, and inspect finished products for quality. We offer growth opportunities, a collaborative team, and a safe, clean workplace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating plastic molding machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines according to procedures.
• Monitor machines during operation and adjust as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adjust as necessary.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
