Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Co. is seeking a Plant Technician for the 3rd shift (11 pm–7:30 am) at the New Bethlehem, PA facility. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, follow GMP and safety policies, and support a collaborative team.

This role offers a starting pay of $22.78/hr, plus a $1.50/hr shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package from day one, including medical, dental and 401(k) options, generous vacation, holidays, and performance rewards.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A two-year technical degree is preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Able to work midnight (11pm–7:30am) shifts and overtime as needed.
• Able to read and follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
